أ) قبول الشروط

باستخدامك لتطبيق إيجاز، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية المرتبطة بها.

ب) وصف الخدمة وحدودها

إيجاز يوفر أدوات لإدارة العقارات والعقود والمدفوعات والتواصل. نسعى لتوفير الخدمة بأعلى جودة، وقد تختلف بعض المزايا بحسب مزود الخدمة أو التحديثات التقنية.

ج) مسؤولية المستخدم عن دقة البيانات

أنت مسؤول عن صحة المعلومات التي تُدخلها، وعن تحديثها عند الحاجة.

د) الاستخدام الممنوع

• استخدام غير قانوني أو مخالف للأنظمة.
• محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به أو تعطيل الخدمة.
• انتحال الهوية أو تقديم بيانات مضللة عمدًا.

هـ) الملكية الفكرية

جميع الحقوق الفكرية للتطبيق والمحتوى تعود إلى إيجاز أو مرخّصيها، ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن.

و) حدود المسؤولية

نبذل جهدًا معقولًا لاستمرارية الخدمة وأمانها، ولكن قد تحدث انقطاعات أو أخطاء تقنية. لا نقدم وعودًا مطلقة، وتكون المسؤولية في الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام.

ز) الإيقاف أو الإنهاء

قد نوقف أو نقيد الحساب عند إساءة الاستخدام أو وفق متطلبات نظامية، وسنحاول إشعارك ما أمكن.

ح) القانون والاختصاص

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، ويكون الاختصاص للمحاكم المختصة فيها.

أ) مقدمة

توضح هذه السياسة أنواع البيانات التي نجمعها، وأغراض استخدامها، وآليات حمايتها داخل تطبيق إيجاز. يقتصر جمع البيانات على ما يلزم لتقديم الخدمة وتحسينها والالتزام بالمتطلبات النظامية.

ب) البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني، بيانات تسجيل الدخول، وإعدادات الحساب.
• بيانات العقار: تفاصيل العقارات، الوحدات، العقود، أطراف التعاقد، والإيجارات.
• بيانات الاستخدام: سجلات الدخول، تفضيلاتك، تفاعل الميزات، ومؤشرات الأداء لتحسين التجربة.
• المدفوعات: تفاصيل الفواتير والعمليات المالية ومراجع الدفع. لا نقوم بتخزين بيانات البطاقات، وتُدار عبر مزودي دفع معتمدين.

ج) كيف نستخدم البيانات

• تشغيل الخدمات الأساسية مثل إدارة العقود والإيجارات والإشعارات.
• تحسين جودة التجربة ودعمك عند الحاجة.
• تعزيز الأمان واكتشاف الأنشطة غير المعتادة.
• الامتثال للمتطلبات النظامية والمالية ذات الصلة.

د) الأساس النظامي للمعالجة (PDPL)

نعالج بياناتك وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL) وبناءً على أساس نظامي واضح، مثل: موافقتك، أو تنفيذ عقد الخدمة معك، أو الامتثال لالتزام نظامي، أو مصلحة مشروعة لتحسين جودة الخدمة دون الإخلال بحقوقك.

هـ) مشاركة البيانات

• لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية مطلقًا.
• قد نشارك بيانات محدودة مع مزودي الخدمة (استضافة، دفع، رسائل) وبما يلزم لتشغيل الخدمة فقط.
• قد نشارك بيانات عند وجود التزام نظامي أو طلب رسمي من الجهات المختصة.

و) حماية البيانات واستمراريتها

• تشفير البيانات: حماية البيانات أثناء النقل والتخزين وفق معايير مناسبة.
• صلاحيات وصول محدودة: الوصول مقيد وفق الحاجة وبضوابط داخلية واضحة.
• خوادم آمنة: تشغيل الخدمة على بنية موثوقة مع مراقبة مستمرة.
• نسخ احتياطية منتظمة: لضمان الاستمرارية واستعادة البيانات عند الحاجة.

لا يتم حذف أي بيانات أو حسابات إلا بطلب صريح من المستخدم أو وفق متطلبات النظام والقانون.

ز) مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما كان حسابك نشطًا أو طالما كانت هناك حاجة تشغيلية أو نظامية لذلك. عند انتهاء الحاجة، نقوم بحذف البيانات أو إخفاء هويتها بطريقة آمنة وفق المتطلبات النظامية.

ح) حقوق المستخدم

• الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية.
• تصحيح البيانات أو تحديثها.
• طلب حذف البيانات أو إغلاق الحساب.
• سحب الموافقة متى ما كان ذلك ممكنًا نظاميًا.

ط) ملفات تعريف الارتباط / التحليلات

قد نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو أدوات تحليل عامة لفهم الاستخدام وتحسين الأداء. يمكنك التحكم بها من إعدادات جهازك أو المتصفح، وقد تتأثر بعض الميزات عند تعطيلها.

ي) خصوصية الأطفال

خدماتنا موجهة للبالغين (18 سنة فأكثر)، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عمدًا.
